Hi Charlie, all is well here thanks. We are still doing lessons on-line at home. From 8th March we get to go into school for a couple of lessons a week, priority is being given to those years who are supposed to be sitting exams this summer (GCSEs and A-Levels) but we may be back full time after Easter. The M&S trackies are great, they look properly wet when soaked and the only disadvantage (or not, depending on your point of view) is that they cling mightily when wet which can be awkward if you get the almost inevitable boner and have decided to freeball. OK if it's just me and Charlie messing around but not if the family are about. I have yet to try them in the swamp. They are 90% polyester 10% elastane, quite a loose fit around the thighs and hips and with elasticated hems at the ankle. They feel warm and soft when dry and feel quite lightweight compared to jeans. I wear them all day sometimes with just a tee - I say all day, but that means until whenever Charlie pushes me in the pool!
We did have a go at playing our wet version of Just A Minute and surprisingly uncles Dan and Greg both decided to join in - I think they thought they were too good and it would be easy to avoid getting wet. Big mistake. The rest of us - Chris, Charlie, Tom, Simon and myself - had all dressed prepared to get wet in jeans and tees that have been swimming innumerable times, but they decided on smart chinos and nice casual shirts. Mari acted as chairwoman of the game and decided on whether challenges were justified. It was very satisfying have had a couple of glasses of water poured over me to then get the opportunity to pour one over uncle Greg and watch pour down his face and splash down his front and create a puddle in his lap before soaking through his tan trousers. By the end of the game everyone was drenched so we all just jumped in the pool to enjoy some warm water rather than the cold of the game.
Stay safe and wet.
